Animated Avy

I'm having trouble getting an animated avatar. I do everything just like when I upload a normal avy, (Save from website to PC. Upload on Imageshack. Copy, then paste in Edit Avatar) but it just won't work. All the moton is gone, it stays at the very first frame like a normal picture. No movement........ Nothin.

I know there must be a totally n00b3r thing I'm missing, so........... Be gentle.

Is the animated avatar under the size requirement? If its any bigger the forum automatically changes its size to fit, thus losing the animation

Btw, has anyone else used the avys before?

yea, that's the problem

the limit is 130X130px, yours are 150+ px wide, so they are converted and made smaller, thus lose the animation

Ouch. Erm.... I don't think I'll be using that site. As soon as I went to the site, I was bombarded with Viruses, Spyware, you name it. I don't know if it was the site or not, but I'll just stay with the avy I have for now.

Even right now, all of your (and mine) avys are looking like little windows into popups. Like minature commercial popups apearing were your avy should be. Gawd, this is almost hilarious.
