Wow, I payed 20$ on a new gray account and he hasn't became gold...

Then I spent another 20$ and it's dbl gold..

What the heck, because I spent it with a credit card and it charge me 40$ and I only got one gold out of that... Can I please get my gold?

Maybe you didn't wait long enough for it to be gold to begin with.

I don't see how it's much of an "abuse report" though.

This happened over 3-4 days ago..

Edit: It's not fair; I got charge 40$ and I only paid for 2 golds and I cam eout with one..
