A Question Regarding Reputation
I was checking my User CP, and I noticed something a bit odd in my rep. Yesterday I received 2 reps from k*b*, but they were in a span of about 6 minutes. I thought that you needed to spread to 10 people before you could rep again, which would make it impossible to rep me twice in a day, as when I've ever needed to rep somebody (and I have repped them fairly recently) I end up using up my day's ability to rep another person before I'm able to send another rep their way.
So, my question is: has something been changed in the reputation function, or has something just glitched and been overlooked? |

Actually you can make 10 reps per day and you only have to spread around 7 people before you can rep again. So if you rep someone and then rep 7 other people, you have 2 left for those 24 hours which can be used on the first person again.
