Connection Refuse For More Than 3 Weeks

i have been connection refused for more than 3 weeks, everyday i go on TAO, it show a word *Connection Refused*, got any tip or idea to help me????i can't stand it because it is a full 3 weeks that i can't logon to TAO

So help me,if anyone can help me login to TAO ,+rep to you

EDIT:i have think of not making a thread and wait for day to login, but it would not work, so i decide to make a thread

well, no one post here to help me, so i have to double post it, because if i don't do so, this thread will be inactive and i would have to make another....

There is a chance that your ip address was banned when a range of ips may have been banned

there is also the chance your computer is doing something odd, so i suggest clearing your temp internet files (cache) and making sure you have the latest version of the macromedia flash player

that time i have clear my temp internet files,but it did not works, and if my macromedia flash player is not the latest, why i can login to FPS server
