Connection Refused / Can't log In / Disconnected in game (D/C)

Some of the common things that give you the Connection Refused when logging in or disconnect you in a game are listed below. Remember there are many possible reasons.



Disconnected in game (D/C)

1) You have an issue with your ISP, your internet service provider.

2) You lost your internet connection from your computer, Dial up check your cables and things, do you have a router between your PC and Modem (Cable modem / DSL Modem), check all power cables and just make sure every thing is working the way it should. Also, try clearing cookies etc.

3) The server has banned you for typing some thing over and over again to fast, aka Spamming.

4) There are some random disconnects that occur on both the user side and sometimes the server side, and then the account stays in game for several minutes, and until its logged off on the server, then you cannot log in.

5) The server has also been know to ban ranges of IPs and you could be just one of the unlucky souls within that range.

6) Someone else that just had that IP was banned and you're the unfortunate victim. Do you have a Dynamic IP, an IP that changes each time you log in, aka Dial up.

7) In Game Moderator Temp Bans. Seed has given the In Game Moderators the power to Temp Ban players. If all your accounts are unable to log on then most likely you where banned for some thing. Reasons can be but are not limited to the following, spam in the lobby, playing on a Stolen / Hacked account, being listed as a Cheat on the Boosters list, having an unacceptable name (This means that any Names or Words that are racist, xenophobic (show dislike toward others), sexist, or offensive to others in any way will not be tolerated.), Foul Language, Faking others Account Names and trying to scam people.



Connection Refused / Can't log In

1) If you had server lag and ended a game and logged out, then the server may NOT know that you are logged out yet and this will give you Connection Refused when trying to log into the server again.

2) There are some random disconnects that occur on both the user side and sometimes the server side, and then the account stays in game for several minutes, and until its logged off on the server, then you cannot log in.

3) Either your IP or someone near you caused a wide range IP ban and you're the unfortunate victim, there is no way for us to tell.

4) Your school has some sort of block up that would prevent you from accessing the game.

5) In Game Moderator Temp Bans. Seed has given the In Game Moderators the power to Temp Ban players. If all your accounts are unable to log on then most likely you where banned for some thing. For what ever reason you can not connect to the Server you should be able to get back within a few hours to within a day.
