First, it's hard for you, as a HB, because you won't get pitch time at such a low level. I imagine you're 3rd in the DC.

You need to train to get EXP (and that works daily), and you get more EXP per play you're involved in. Sadly, that's not many with you. When you play crappy teams, ask for more pitch time to level up. Failing that, when you get +300 flex points, you can boost your level by 1 (upto 3 per season)
