B) DC, Paris is....right? Wow. Anyway, just putting scan lines on something doesn't make it uber leet. They aren't that great, even for Gimp. Check out some Gimp tutorials, or just screw around. But please, either: 1. Take the damn scan line off; or 2. Make them lighter.
