-[spitfire]- game!
Another grey game! I jumped -[spitfire]- not knowing what to expect in terms of form and skill. I ended up facing a very aggressive 2 witch set w/ muddy and same side LW. It looked like my healers were in for a lot of work. I made some bad moves due to under use of my frosty, and not seeing good moves quick enough, like BR prodding his witches through the knights. I decided I would take him out from behind, so I took some knights and my BR to wipe out the back, which worked. But I was now low on attacking units, and I had to beat a knight, witch, and 23hp Muddy and I had a 31hp knight BR, furgon, and 2 clerics.
This was the part where it turned around. He was going on all offense, away from his LW and barrier. At the expense of a knight, I took out the witch and muddy, and now it was BR vs his knight. He tried to take out my cleric advantage, but I furgoned up and kept BR poking, knowing that sooner or later it would hit, regardless of side attacked. He realized probablity was on my side, and gave up attacking my clerics (he was getting no where in terms of health) and he retreated to his LW. I basically followed him, and got a side shot to finish. Long game
EDIT: Yeah, that is some serious migration length on the part of my clerics, about 20 turns worth ^^.
