Mist of Stagnation(aka Static Ward Revised)

I liked my idea with the ward but it was too powerful and I felt tao needs a new element....
A ward that generates a mist that stagnates over the entire field...if you don't know the definition of stagnant....well let's cover that now
Stagnation

n 1: a state of inactivity (in business or art etc); "economic growth of less than 1% per year is considered to be economic stagnation" [syn: stagnancy, doldrums] 2: inactivity of liquids; being stagnant; standing still; without current or circulation [syn: stagnancy]

In any case now that you know that we can continue....if you already knew I apologize...I did that for people like sixers.

The ward has the following statistics
Blocking-100% All Sides
Movement-Immobile
Armor-20
Hp-57
Effect-Generates a shroud of mist as long as the ward stays alive that covers the field the mist strips all units of teleportation. Also and this is where it differs mostly from the original instead of taking off movement your opponents units...as not being prepared for the mist have a 5% chance to miss outright also it disables the mudquake as the mist stagnates the ground...in anycase you may flame it at will...although some of you liked the original...god only knows why.

What all does it do. I got that it made it so units couldn't teleport and that mud golems couldn't mudquake, but what was that statement about the 5% for?

i like the idea of a ward that takes teleportation away and mud quakes, good to stop rushers but.... nearly everyone uses muds when they have 1 in any type of form because of there teleportation and mud quake. so this unit would basically make a mud worth nothing. and how would the unit move if its only way of movement is teleportation ???
