Ethereal Caster

Name: Ethereal Caster
Type: Human mage
HP: 32
Armor: -4
Power: 0,+Unblockable, +Ethereal Purification
Range: Like Pyromancer
Block: 100%
Movement: 3 tiles
Recovery: 1 turn for moving, 2 turns for attacking

Any unit attacked by this unit gains Ethereal Purification for 3 turns.

+Ethereal Purification: Blocking becomes 99%, but armor is decreased by 16
If the unit with ethereal purification is targeted by a focus spell, the unit loses ethereal purification.
Ethereal Purification cannot penetrate barriers.

I know that this unit can be a bit unbalanced but it's a start.

how many can it attack at once? i think it should be like a pyromancers attack and im guessing it has a 2 turn wait for attacking without moving? also i think that i would use this over the barier ward. one more thing when a poison wisp attack one of the purified units is the effect lost?

i think pyromancer attack might be a little too overpowered
i can make the range 3, but u can only pick 1 unit within 3 tiles of the caster to attack
not affected by los
and yes if the unit with purification is targeted by poison wisp then it loses its purification

this unit defies the rules of the game lol.

100% blocking is only for wards and it can only have
3 atk recov, 2 move

or 2 atk, 2 move.

never will attack cooldown be 2 more than movement

okay well i changed effect to blocking 99% front, 49.5% side.
and also 1 turn for moving, and 2 turns for attacking

I think it is a bit overpowered, if a very week unit like a enchantress were given this ability, then even when it is paralyzing something, it makes it virtually impossible to kill. I think something like +10% blocking on all sides including back might be more sensable.

I don't think it is overpowered at all. Think about it. The stone golem is more useful and has a pyro-like attack. I like the idea of a unit that can make other units stronger vs melee and weaker vs magic and successful side and back hits. Take the stone golem, increase range by one, keep pyro-like attack area, keep movement range and wait time. Let 'em free at 100% front, and 50% side, but weaker armor.

ok, i'll make the armor weaker. and i'll also add that you cant target a unit that is target of a focused spell or a unit that is using a focus spell
