Ahh, here we go:

The lost soul comes out of a unit after it dies.
Cannot come out of a unit that dies from: during paralyze,during poison, mud quake, unblockable attacks(such as witch, pyro, lw, dsm, dragon etc.)
When it comes out, its the same shape as the unit that it came out of(such as form of a scout) but is a whiteish color with a tint of your base color(blue, orange etc.). It dies after it attacks, only does 15 damage(not too strong not weak) of unblockable, not effected by armor attack.

If I forgot anything tell me, I'm tired.

I'm asking why you'd feel it's necessary to give everybody another unit for free.

Now, if you had thought of an idea like the "soul-catcher ward", which makes a lost soul every time one of your units dies, that would be more interesting. You'd use a unit slot to gain an extra 9 units with 0HP and a single 15 power attack.

Ok, I get you sort of. I like the idea, but I don't know. When a unit dies the soul comes out of that unit in the spot that it died.

I hate to agree with Bottle but he is absolutely right here. You can't just give people extra units. It would be rather annoying to have an unstoppable attack coming at you every time you kill a unit.
