maybe you can say when it receive more and more power, after 6 turn, its power turn back to 8 and the golem need to store the power again

I would personally suggest a power of 14 + 25% of damage taken. That can then range from 14 to 29 damage.

I would also suggest recovery being reduced to 1.

Edited:

It now can deliver 29 damage max (so thats 60 hp it has to lose), friendly damage not counting.
It can teleport 3 spaces, and its damage is reducable and blockable, hence why I put teleport in there.
I raised the begining power to 14, because it can just be left the entire game as nothing but a unit to get rid of focus, and I lowered the recovery.
