Ausi

Name: Ausi
HP: 43
Armor: 20
Power: 14 (Blockable), x2
Range: *
Block: 30%/15%
Movement: 2
Wait: 2

Attack Range: 4 (Passes through targets until blocked).

+Boomerang: Attack goes to target, and returns, hitting again. Once blocked, the boomerang returns from that square.

Example:

Code:
eeAee
eexee
eeWee
eeKee
eeCee

In this diagram, the Ausi throws the boomerang in a straight line. It damages the witch for 14, the knight blocks it, and it returns from the back of the witch, dealing 14 more damage and killing it.

Why?

Name: Ausi (Take a wild guess.)
HP: 43 Lower than a Knights, but better than a mage.)
Armor: 20 (Heavy chainmail)
Power: 14 (Blockable), x2 (Same damage as DMW, but can be blocked. Also, less recovery.)
Block: 30%/15% (Not a tank.)
Movement: 3 (Same as most units.)
Wait: 2 (Less than a DMW, and good damage-wait ratio.)

I like your idea, but im thinking that its attack is a little overpowered, but think everything else is fine.

Taking that the units don't block it coming their way, it's pretty much like an attack from a Dragon Tyrant. The cleric is as good as dead in one attack. Seems just about fair with the stats.

Overpowered. Also, if the units don't block for the whole line, then what happens? Does is it return again and hits the units on the same line? As I said, way too overpowered. If it is that stat, it should count as 2 units. It's like better than a scout!
P.S. DMW is 24 damage.

Nicely put. I agree, much too overpowered! Its like a dragon tyrant doing 28 damage to four units at once! Providing it all hits of course. Nice idea, but needs some improvements... I think 8 attack and then 16 if it hits again. If a unit is on the forth square does that mean that it only gets hit once? Meaning 14 damage only?
Oh and Ausi is spelled "Aussie" lol.

1. How often will you be behind enemy lines, with every unit facing the opposite direction?
2. This is not "better" than a scout - it has almost no LOS.
3. If it hits once, 14 damage is very low. Not to mention armor will apply twice instead of once.
4. Low blocking and lowish HP make it a weak target if singled out.

Also, I know it's spelled Aussie, but why the hell would I name a unit directly after a group of people?

EDIT:

Also thinking:

Assuming you're not hitting a blockless unit:

No matter what, there's a good chance it will be blocked.

Example:

Code:
eeeee
AeKeL
eeeee
eeeee
eeeee
Here, the boomerange going from the Ausi to the knight must pass from the side (adding to block % if it hits), and then bounce of L and come back. Chances are it'll be blocked. Hit from the back, and you have to face a front block on the return.

I think it's only overpowered vs. Golems or Cleric/Chanty: Anything that can block probably will.

Not true. Unless you attack from behind, the boomerang can be blocked and may even return without damaging a single thing.

Yeah overall i think it's a pretty good unit. And yes, i think that you probably did know how to spell Aussie. Probably a good idea to change the spelling a little! You haven't answered my question about the forth tile though, does that only do 14 damage, since it doesn't hit that one twice?
