The Mystical Warrior

The Mystical Warrior carries a staff like weapon. Strengths are his abilities to take a front attack on and have little damage done to him. This unit can protect your other units. His main weakness is the low attack power and almost no blocking on the sides with slow movement. Close range attacks will kill him fast. Hard to Master.

HP: 42
Armor: 30% Armor
Blocking: 85% Front, ** 10% Sides ** (Does not follow normal blocking)

Special: Blocking Spell, Automatically Blocks any Attack to either side of him (the tile to the left or right of him) at his 85% Front blocking for units that have no blocking or empty spaces, messes with Scout's LOS. Think of it as a blocking wall that is one tile to each side of him. Side attacks are hard to hit on him from a distance.

Power: 15
Movement: 2
Recovery: 2
Attack Range: 2 tile

it is an interesting idea. but like you said it will be slaughtered in close combat so you would need to keep it closely guarded. all in all it would make things more complicated for your opponent, i'm just not sure it would be worth it since chances are that it would be killed quickly.

I don't know if I like it or not. It's definitely interesting, props to the creativity.

But the movement....=/ and no one smart enough is going to attack with it for defense. I can only see using this as a LOS breaker. Which even then....it just fuels the same old strategy of killing range, leaving melee units alone...makes this unit pointless.

Slow down the units mad, 2 in a hour is ok. But usually its better to space them out to say one every other 2 days or so.
