Attack makes it too overpowered though. Infiltrating turtles with be EASY with this unit. Frosts come pretty pointless next to this unit in turts.

You could swap with the unit in front of the frost yes. But it could be hit before that turn, then that turn and then the next. And with no armour it would die fast, esp if you have a dragon or lw.

Word. It stoned would be amazing.

Best for frosts at corners. Go in, swap, then just heal and deal that 21 power. Frost is dead. Moving your own LW or moving your opponauts LW is a good option to.

Wards are not movable and when you use the move attack it only does 15 damage.

Nowhere does it say wards cannot be swapped. In 3 turns you could potentionally move your LW 2 tiles. With it's movement, move 4 tiles back around the LW and move it again etc etc.

i think the attack power is a little high with the 15 extra damage, but the concept is good...I like it, as for moving wards, a horse should move a ward one space in one turn by dragging...
