Star Slinger
Stealth Slinger
Biography: A clan of warriors called the Tetsaiki were known for their flawless aiming skills with the throwing star. So flawless, infact, that the leader of an allied clan, who was afraid of traitorship, sent in some ninja spies to get rid of them. Few were spared. In desperation, the Tetsaiki moved to England and began a new life. Description: An assassin without boobs, team color is jacket color, face is shrouded by a black hood. In his hands are two throwing stars that look like 3 assassin blades, in a triangular form. Movement: Three spaces. Attack Pattern: ![]() (Look at it kind of sideways.) Attack: Throws a Giant Star ahead/behind/diagnal from him. [Damage: 18] Attack2: Does an assassin style trick (Spins around hitting 4 squares diagonal around him) DOD OSO DOD <D is damage, S is Star Slinger, O is Open Space> [Damage: 20] Hitpoints: 30 Recovery Time: 2 when move and attack. 1 when move. Blocking: 40% front, 20% side. Armor: 4 (1 damage off.) * * The end. This a little better? I made this because another distance attacker would be pretty cool.

It's basically:
Recovery Time: 6 when move, and use Special attack. 5 When use Special attack. 4 When move and Attack. (Either) 3 when Attack. 2 when move. Only 1 or two more than a normal unit..

This started out good, but after it's normal attack you slipped a few times...
my opinion: - no special attack, those only make up for crappy units - no player input except the movements, this ain't an action game, nor a shooter - unit is too slow, 2 for movement is too much for a human/ninja unit. - since it's got very litle armor, i suggest we make it a sort of machinegunstyle range unit, but that is quite easy to kill, to balance it. therefore, how bout we lower all the recovs to 0? (maybe attack is 1 recov)

Well, I haven't seen any of the weird recovery stuff since that was edited out.
But from what I see now, you haven't given the unit's HP or the range and attack pattern of its 18 damage range attack. Otherwise, it's underpowered: it has slower recovery, less armor, less blocking, and less movement than the assassin, with a fairly similar attack. It should be powered up. |

There, it's re-edited.
Reasoning: HP: A little less than assassin, but its not a melee-only unit. Blocking: No shield or light weapon prowess, the stars are remotley heavy. Movement: 2 heavy stars, 1 human = slow movement. Armor: With too much armor, it wouldn't be able to move. It's more than an assassin; it's a ranged unit as well.
