Indeed, you guys seem to misunderstand clans like these, they're there to tell you that your people is around you, so feel strong and don't feel discriminated, and also it's to see how many people that are __ that's in TAO.
So these clans are not there to discriminate others, it's there to make themselves not feel discriminated, and forming a comunity of their own.

Another misunderstanding there, it's really not rasism. No, well at least no for the clan Bobcat created, all you need to join is 1000+ stats and if you're Chinese OR interested in Chinese culture, which is not hard to do.
Bobcat was such an inspirarion.
And I have an arguement about this is because I'm in Celetial Empire. (The clan Bobcat created)

O and this clan seems to be growing strong, good luck in the future, and hope it can get just as good as CE, which have 1 or 2 ranked players...

Lots of clans discriminate because of skill (stats) Why should anyone complain in this situation? For example Judgement should let in 750s otherwise is it descrimination?

Erm, well it is discriminating everyone else when it is only allowed for Spanish people to join. But yeah his clan, his rules. But Stiv is doing a good job with the clan.

look, no is discrimination beacuse, my members from my clan dont undestand english, then if i invite to a person that only speak english, nobody would understand anything, but others person that speak english and spanish, this persons can join to my clan. i only want have a clan with ppl that speak my lenguage (spanish). my english no is really good.
