there are many clans in TAO and many organizations throughout the world that are for special interests groups or for certain races.

Stiv's Furia Latina clan are for Spanish speakers. There are also other less famous clans throughout TAO for certain races like filipinos. A filipino clan for example are the Pinoy All Stars.

I don't think the clan truly discriminates others. It's just for players with simillar backgrounds to join together. And it's a place for non-English speakers who speak a specific language to have a place where they can all communicate freely
