I suggest Shining Force, Infusion. Look for the recruitment thread.

Anyway, you might want to clan-hop and rate each clan and then choose.

As one of the ChaosGladiators leaders i would say you should try that one out.

You will need a test game to see your skill level, and you need 1300+ ratings if your grey 1400+ if your gold.
