If mike doesn't mind, here's my abbreviated non-spoiler version.
Basically, Mike and an un-named leader got into an argument about ways to run the clan. Mike preferred it to be run by several leaders, the un-named leader preferred it be run by mainly himself, his style of doing things. This led to Mike confronting him, and leaving.
