The 750's can join the noob clans. there are about 500 of them, so there's a nice selection.
if you wanna be respected, have ONLY respected/respectable people in your clan.
The Syndicate (GL) had a stat requirement of 1000.
at least 7 members on every time I checked, best clan I was ever in.
