No, one of his posts was how he only kicked cyberers. And was a reponse to one of my posts you deleted that had nothing to do with you, now you're deleting my other posts that break no rules? This is pathetic Bottle.

Yes I would. And rightfully so. You have been wrong to issue me all these bullcrap citations or whatever the devil it is you call them. If it is a losing argument for me then you would have already taken the matter to the admins, who would, if you are correct, overturn the infractions. But you know that the argument is only being lost by you, because of your own admission:

Here's a longstanding forum rule.

"Complaints about moderator decisions are not to be made in public. All posts complaining about a mod decision will be deleted and infracted if necessary. All issues with mod decisions should be directed firstly to the mod himself via PM, and if agreement cannot be reached, the forumer has the right of appeal to an admin. The admin's decision is then final."

Hopefully that explains everything clearly.

I think there can be an exception when the moderating in discussion is obviously wrong, as everyone here realizes.

The post of his that made me complain when it was deleted was when he told me he hadn't kicked anyone but cyberer's. It was also the first post that got him the infraction for replacing deleted post. It was a reponse to this post:

Whether or not the decision is wrong is not for "everyone" to decide. It's for the admins to decide. Which is why the rule exists. If everyone took matters into their own hands and decided what was "obviously wrong" there would be no need for a rule to have the admins make the ultimate decision. And it would be open season on every mod decision.

So. Take it to the admins and let them decide what is "obvious". Otherwise you are breaking forum rules again. I have been remarkably patient explaining these rules to you. Now that you understand them fully, you no longer have an excuse to break them.
