Well it certainly takes time to find members who will be loyal and good friends, but once you find them, your clan can begin to steadily grow. Takes alot of patience and perserverance to maintain and decent clan.

This is very true, you'll probably find it a lot harder than you think running an effective clan, it takes a lot of time and effort. You can't just suddenly become inactive for a few days or your clan will die. Changing the leadership a lot will also lose you memebers.
