Ok don't be a noob here! what is th clan called? what members do you have in it? wheres the link to the site what stats does leadr have? are there any clan rules? theres a few questions for ya to answer first... add them to your first post and we'll se what reply you get.

It'd be nice if you provide us with more information such as stat requirements, the site, leaders, and most important the clan name.
