Ummmm....I've been a leader of many clans,you need to have a stat requirement,a good clan name,very good stats and not to put people out,but they might not like that fact younger people are leaders,but they still might want to join,so don't curse them,or the might get realy tiked off at you....
I hope this info suits you well. Also,maybe you should hire a good userbar maker for a clan userbar.
