Healthy is for old people. When you have a fast metabolism you can eat anything. Like me. I had 4 double cheeseburgers and a large fry with an emerald city smoothie yesterday. And 2 hours later I was hungry again...Or it could be the MSG wearing off.

Lol. I run and workout and play basketball everyday...
It is called going to the gym to work out, then after workout shoot some hoops in the gym...Lawl.

Then you must not work very hard! 4 double cheese burgers before practice would kill me.. I most definitely wouldn't be able to play ball afterwards.
