Ok AFO. I ran/walk/jog/whined/cried/quit/came back/sweated/side cramped/screamed and hit a tree for 30 minutes all in one. 1 minute walk there and 6 minute walk back.
Says I burned 493 Calories on the internet. And that I guess I burn 3100 calories a day. I need 2350 so stay on same weight level. So far all I ate was a huge plate of Biryani (Chicken rice yum) ![]() but with 2 more leg pieces of chicken. Says I ate like 493. So my running canceled out my plate of food. And I guess i'll do some crunches like 100. Any ideas or thoughts? Trying to kill as much weight before college starts which is in 2-3 weeks. Lemme know how many calories I should intake. REMEMBER! I am teh lineman of a football team...Big guy...Big guy gotta eat ![]() So... Am I good? OH DAY TWO THIS IS DAY TWO! ~Respect

Yeah, running is great. If you're starting out, try running for 15-20 minutes. It will probably be hard, but you just have to push yourself. Don't forget warmup, else your muscles will ache for quite a while. When you get hand of it increase the duration of your runs. Or run faster, tho I don't recommend it. I used to run 10 KMs daily at decent speed (40-50 minutes) when I was still doing orienteering sports.

When I get home.. I'm going to have 9 days of twenty minute peices in hopes to gain some cardio back. And of course I'll do my normal amount of daily crunches, push ups, and pull ups. I have a feeling that my cardio is going to be crapola.
