apparently not so good.
I've seen several people leave Netjak for this reason:

wanna tell some of your FPSers to come over and help? We're just not getting anyone into it, and the clans kind of simmering.

Actually this should be the true test for the players to see if they are really loyal. If a clan isn't active for a few weeks and you just leave then clan then that shows your are not very loyal and trustworthy.

You're right. It's gone on for a while, and I'm really sad to see some of the others go. It appears our lack is driving off new recruits, to. Someone in the lobby just said he wanted to join Ck, not Nj or SI, because of this........

Duraza sir maybe you should keep an eye out for new greys and start searching for possible new recruits. I use to do this when we first started Great Lakes between me and Ducki by the end of the 2nd month we had more members in great lakes than we did on our home server banff.
Lots of greys however not many golds but that changed after time as many of the greys decided to become golds sir.

Whenever I get on I try and get more people to join Netjak, and I think it's been working, AoS joined, and some random noob joined.
I try, but I just dislike seeing the old vets leave, like Losing Sucks That really just got me
(not to be a sap, but I think LS was in probably even longer than me, which means he could be over a year)
