I seriously Lol'd. You could just eat two meals a day, run four miles a day, do 300 sit ups a day, and lift some light weights every other day.

I think the one I told you on AIM is easier though. =P

Okay start of your jog around a track, when your in the zone...Sprint with all you got for 1 minute then jog then sprint again 10 times, then relax and do a "easy" 300" Situps. Pfft yea.

Normally I would'nt do this, but if Afo asked/said to do it, then I gotsa do it. Meh.

Wow...I'll have to cut down the numbers quite a bit until I get the hang of it. Then I can do those numbers.
