I rarely eat out, it's too expensive and most of the food tasted horrible. I like subway because they have a variety of different sandwiches, most of them are low in fat too.

Suck it up. Until you've done four 2K's as hard as you can with an eight minute break in between you don't know pain. Oh...or the good ol' ten 500 sprints with a minute thirty break. First time we did it...EVERYONE was barfing. I don't think I've seen so much. >.<
