The reason he can't hold 1500 is because he gets disconnected so much. Check his game log. You'll notice wins over several great players and then losses to rubbish ones straight afterwards. Why? Disconnections.

But this whole grey jumping and Satori thing... uhh nobody cares about it. Satori does have the skills to beat anyone in this game, he just jumps greys because he is bored and hardly any good golds play anymore. I would do it too... but annoying people would complain about it.

Golds PAY to get the advantage over the greys. If the grey's don't like it, then tough. Seed hasn't stated any rule saying that a gold is not allowed to jump a grey and besides greys can beat gold easily now. Just use a rush with like 2-3 beasties and go after the cleric and the gold is pretty much done. Amby is like totally useless unless you can go after cleric with it.

...So like I had my first college race yesterday. We did pretty well for a D3 school rowing against mostly D1 schools in our event. Beat Georgetown who has a history of being a very good... and all the D3 schools in time that were racing in other events. So I guess that's pretty good especially considering our varsity guys team is only 9 people deep where as some of the schools have like.. 30 people to choose from. =D

And we still have a lot of room for improvement. Only been rowing together for like... three days? lol.

It can be, if it gets killed early in the game. And greys usually have frost or 2 backing them up so it gives them an upper hand sometimes.

Some clans find it OK, some others -- not OK.

It can be often in some cases unless you only jump greys, then yeah there is a problem. But, usually if you do it once in a while, it's not so bad.

Just to clarify. Netjak doesn't prohibit greyjumping, but it also doesn't encourage it. We recommend that you should always fight fair battles, and with honour. If you're getting all your rating by only jumping low- to mid-rated greys, then we'll ask you to prove yourself against better opponents or you'll be told to leave. So long as you only jump greys when there are no other players willing to play, and you can hold your own against golds too, everything is fine.

As for CK's "ban" on greyjumping, I find that to be one of the most laughable aspects of the clan, political correctness gone crazy. Why should a clan tell its members who to play and who not to play? Greyjumping may be quite cheap if you're doing it purely for ratings, but then ratings don't mean much anyway, so it's not as if you're being a dreadful person.

I deem we have already elaborated our CK-policy concerning grey-jumping.
It is prohibited in CK, is not it?
The only difference between a person who grey-jumps regularly from one doing it very seldom is that the former will be reported by many people and expelled immediately after that, while the latter will have some time for evidence to grow strong against his grey-jumping and that might take a long while.

Those are good recommendations. Just why not to recommend to ask a person about your desire (for some ''fair and honourable' reasons like absence of a good gold opponent and so on) to play using your gold units against his/her greys?

It is not that hard really. For example Satory, being a gentleman, asks:

Of cause it is not a question of your duty. It is a question of your conception "honourable", which is deffer from clan to clan.

It has nothing to do with political correctness. Political correctness tells people not to express their points openly but to express them coated in the vague images.
We, to the contrary, openly say to our members: "Don't use the units advantage without asking your opponent. It is unfair. If your account has less stats because you have stopped your grey-jumping practice after joining our clan, you will still have more respect from us than you would have being reported as a grey-jumper."

That is our clear policy. Every clan has it's own position on this point and when people choose a clan to join they consider this too.
