Bottle you are right about that, infact i wouldn't judge anyone upon their karma points. Still, there are good reasons to keep it. Mostly i think that karma is very useful because it incentivates members to post, but at the same time to post useful and interesting stuff.

Legends forums usually had a complete different system: forum gold. That only and always led to useless spam and a bunch of stupid posts just to gain gold through posting. Now if you care about reputation you still want to post everytime you can to be noticed and repped, but at same time you have to make good posts.

In the end i don't care at all of karma numbers attached to the name of our members, but i am happy that karma exist because most people cares and behaves consequentially ^^

The rep system is fun. I make a game out of it. 2 days of forum fun has lead to some wacky results... and it gets greater by the day!

We're going to be the first clan with 1000 posts in their clan thread. :cool:

In fact, if you count the 839 in the old thread, we have more posts than every other clan thread put together.
