Maybe you should advertise your clan rather than SI in your sig and stuff.

mmm, experience is good ^^

no better way to learn.

even if noobs join, keep them if you think they have some potential.

if you're really nice to them and teach them a lot, they stick around most of the time, and become skilled, loyal members
