Not necessary, they dont care about stats, so they give them away to noobs that jump 'em , and they beat "good" high ranked players. Its just a vicious circle .

This guy was one of the few that i know that could win games against 1900+ and then surrender to a 750 , rapes then lets rape himself, thats not taking care of stats and yet being good .
