Im Currently in Perception right now and thinking on making this clan †Shadows† but firstly I thought I should post this down to get to know more ppl. And mabye some tips on clan.

Hand Pick Members. If you're posting "PRESS 12345 IF YOU WANT TO JOIN A CLAN THAT IS SERIOUSLY JUST LIKE NUTS!!" in the lobby... you'll surely fail. Offer something other clans don't. Make it more of a community than a clan. Don't let people in because of their high stats. Don't have stupid uniform avitar and colour rules at least until you're a respected clan. And finally don't get talked into letting so and so be a co.

I agree... characters in names never really apealed to me. Especially the ones that you would try so hard to do that you would run into a combonation of numbers that would close the window or something.
