Need Help.

Hey guys I have played on legends before on like other computers and sruff but when I try this computer it won't work. It always says connection refused. I even made a random name like kflhgjgff just to see if it worked but still, connection refused. Anyone able to help me with this here? Thanks.

try clearing ur cache or just wait it out to see if it works then
