yes iv had same problem before aswell. It should work tommorow if not then you need to change your IP adress or use a diff computer

there could have been an ip bann on an ip close to your area.

i heard that similar ip's nearby or something could be affected.

if it just started today, there are many reasons the server might not allow your ip for a bit...try again tomorrow/in a couple days and then if its a problem its a problem instead of a common occurrence

That happend 2 me last week after i installed some Anti VIrus stuff i had 2 uninstall it and then Resote my computer
