Connection refused.

Recently, I have been having trouble logging into Tactics Online Arena. Whenever I try to log in, I get the error message "Connection refused." The section of digisonline.com that explains when and why you recieve this error message says that this message is either recieved when you have been temporarily banned, have not officially logged off yet, or my account has been hacked. These can all be eliminated, because I have tried logging in on a new account, and the same error message appears. It has been a few days since this message started, and it still appears. I would love it if someone could explain to me what is going on, if this is a bug, or what. Thank you!

i'd guess your IP has been temporairly banned, did u get d/c in a game then not able to get bak in, or just couldn't get in 1 day??

Truth be told, I had logged in, then I started playing a seperate game (Aski) and never logged out or anything, but later that day when I went back to play I saw the expected "Disconnected.", the only problem was that I couldn't get back in! I just kept seeing the same message "Connection refused."

idk then, your account isn't erased, i'd try to get on from a different computer

did you log onto an account that was not yours? This has been a problem, if you have logged onto a truly "hacked" account (password may have been given out in the lobby), then you are pretty much banned until the problem is fixed.

Ok, I have noticed that 2 other people have posted similar topics about this. It seems if you go onto certain accounts (something I believe my brother might have done) more specifically "no units" than you will lose priviliges to play. I will check with my brother, as I believe this is highly possible.

recently i went on a hacked account and because of the account itself i got banned, bt the hacker sent me a message of how to play on legends server again here is his message but i dont know if it wil help you

turn off and on your modem - the box that connects your internet - that should do it...

well the same thing happened to me like a year ago its either what angel of sorrow said or just some one near you got banned and some time theres a rang of Ip band....for example my friend got temp banned and he lived a block away from me and i couldnt get on for like 3 days so either try what angel of sorrow said or just wait it out like i did

Ok, I am gonna reset my modem, I'll see what happens!

Ok, I couldnt find the off button, so I unplugged it. The only noticeable effect that it had, was to when I tried to log in it said "Server unavailable." I tried one more time, and got the message "Connection refused." again. So, it appears that this isn't working. In the mean time, anyone have any other ideas?
