This happened to me a while back. I left while logged on and I couldn't get on for a few days. Just keep trying and it should remove itself in 3/4 days.

Somebody might have said this, but
Someone might know your password, and they keep getting on it.
Then,that one time you could log on, he/she/computer was not on it.
Or just do what Red Devil said. That might be the best choice.

no, don't give out your password. If its related to something that happened on your computer that caused the ip ban, then you can log on elsewhere to double check that it is an ip issue. It should resolve itself in a little time.

Ok, a lot of people a suggested that I have lost/given out my password. This is completely impossible, because if I try to make a new account, one that nobody has ever played on before, I also recieve the connection refused error.
