This was weird

I would like to know what happened here.

This was the situation:

I got jumped by this guy in the s/s, i thought he was about to hack me or something, but he didnt, is just that match lasted from 5 to 7 minutes, ( without moving pieces or talking), then i just pressed the "lobby" button ( thinking that i was unsing one of my golds, lol) and it worked, but i know like everybody else, that is not possible when you are using a grey account.

I have checked my stats before and after the match, and are not affected, before and after of it 1429, so.....

Could any one explain me, what happened there?

What happened is that during the 2 seconds that the server tells you your game will start in, your opponent disconnected in some way. However the server didn't realise this for a while and kept the account logged in and in battle. When it finally realised it was getting no reply from your opponent's computer it gave you the Lobby button (which it always does when your opponent leaves during the 2 seconds).

To sum it up in one word:

Lag.

Its happened to me as well - if the opponent leaves before the game officially enters them into the arena, then you have the option to re-enter the lobby even if a grey.

oh,i understand,like you are into the game,but opponent got d/c and logout of server,so you can click lobby,i meet with the problem before

But just one more question, why the match was about 5 or more minutes?, i mean that i was there just waiting without doing anything

How can that be because the oppenent was actually in the battle in the s/s before he could leave.

Nope until he left, i mean the he did enter into the game, then after 5 or more minutes he d/c ed but, why so much time? the timer is just about 1 or 2 isnt it?
