TAO has a glitch!!!

Hi everyone I discovered a glitch in TAO, however it doesnt really affect the game or cause problems in battle but its still a little interesting.

(I highlighted the important stuff, if you want the details, read the rest)

Anyways I discovered it while playing a noob, and tested it in my game with Jounin Kilika (who is in my clan) while we were stalling for a one night (which came already 1 hr before). First with the noob he barriered my scout and I was in range to shoot his barrier with him without being affected by LOS so I wondered if i would hit it even if the barrier came off my scout, so me having lots of time cause it was a noob tried shooting the barrier and I dmged it and I was just a bit surprised. So then I challenged Jounin Kilika to a battle and we agreed to stall in the end, I won the battle with 3 knights scout and cleric and my wards left, I left his cleric and BW on the field so we could stall. Anyways told him I wanted to try something and had him barrier my knight, so then I moved my barriered knight as part of the test and it said 0% chance to hit the barrier and I missed, then 2 turns later I had him barrier my scout, I didnt look at the hit percentage but I didnt move and I shot an arrow the barrier came off my scout, and I dmged the barrier, Jounin Kilika thought it was interesting and I already knew it would hit, anyways after he healed the barrier he barriered my knight again, this time without moving I attacked and I looked at the hit % first and it said barrier was focussing and 100% to hit, but when the barrier comes off before you attack its not focussing anymore but you still get the hit...so to make a long story short if a non-magical unit is barriered it can still hit the barrier barriering him as long as he doesnt move.

Seed must have forgot to take that into account, and if he decided to fix it, it would need whole new coding and would be difficult because there isnt anything in the game that relates to that situation so he couldnt just like copy it or anything

The reason I said that it doesnt really affect the game is because only noobs barrier their opponent and no one attacks their own barrier except maybe by a LOS mistake....quote *Jounin Kilika* "Ya but its still a little fun fact" end quote, I agree.

Eh, so many other things need to be fixed that actually affect the game before seed would even need to consider this.

It would never affect gameplay whatsoever, if someone is nooby enough to barrier his enemies units, he should lose anyways.

I have used the barrier a few times when wanting to keep someone from healing something.

I knew it but never considering it a Glitch, I think the unit can hit the barrier cause it is still focus meanwhile you attack it.

Here's why:

If the unit attacks without moving first, then the barrier disappears and the attack is registered at the "same" moment - and thus the focus was still there at the point the attack was called. However, if the unit MOVES FIRST - the barrier is removed as the unit moves. Command end. Attack is a new command and thus it doesn't work

so, when you have a scout that's barriered, and don't move before attacking, you *CAN* hit the barrier ward, as the barrier goes away during the same "movement" as the scout fires (both movements happen at the same time even though one happens first)

Even then, in the long run it shouldn't effect the game that much. There's more important things that need fixing, although nice find.
