To be honest, I don't like it. It seems like the composition is a bit off. Maybe blended the colors some more, or used a color that complimented the original render.

Yeah, it took a while to come up with the "concept."

And yeah, I had trouble working with the colors. Real life photo + an anime-ish render didn't mix as well as I intended. I still liked the concept, so I did it anyway.

Hmm, try going for a vector style on the photo, using smart sharpening perhaps?

EDIT: The tag it self looks alright, but maybe using a color that's complimentary to the pink.
