Convert pictures to sketches

Can anyone convert this picture into a sketch/drawing with Photoshop or another contraption.

I need it for work. Thank you very much, and +1 pos rep if you wan't it, not like it would do anything with my power.

EDIT: Not something brilliant, just something that would look sort of like it was hand drawn. But if you could do a few and post them that go from brilliant to basic drawing, that would be very helpful.

Wouldn't it be better using photoshop? Use the Sharpen tool?

Paint.NET has a ink and pencil sketch tool, as does Picasa 2 with its drawing effect which looks more hand drawn
