Account Passwords

Alright community members, I know very few of who this actually pertains to will read it, but it needs to be put out there.

DO NOT share your password for your ingame account. You cannot trust people on the internet. Do not come complaining to the moderators about your account being hacked or your clan stolen. It is YOUR FAULT for giving away your clan or password.

Its stupid, just don't do it.

If you are a grey and your account is hacked, there is nothing that can or will be done, as grey accounts are not supported. For golds, if your password is compromised your account will be kicked from in game in sight until the password is changed. To get your password changed you need to email tao@digisonline.com and request it there with your gold account maintenance code. You very well may need to wait a long time, that is why your account will be kicked on sight to ensure security.

Until your account's password is restored, and that is verified, you will not be allowed to play on your account.

If you have any questions, send a personal message to any game staff.

Just don't be stupid and don't ever give out the password to any account you have access to or give away your clan.

well are you sure it works right now?? I won't try AGAIN to change my pass if we aren't sure at 100% that it works.

A smart thing to do is to take s/s or your acc. showing all units and stats. That way if this happens it can be restored.

It is not working ATM, but if you send it in, EVENTUALLY it will get fixed...

What if I don't have a maintenance code because I mailed my double gold donation... Could I request one?

Yes I did that a few months ago. It is a good idea to log on and go into settings, then type /stats and take a s/s. Save it into paint. Now you have proof of your stats and units. You can update once in a while just to be secure.

Well put Zack. I mean people just don't get it if you look at the stolen accounts list there are 105 stolen accounts.
