i highly doubt youve clicked that many ads. most of the time it is like .05 cents per click. anyway if you want to donate go to the home page and click donations. it will give you PO box for which you can mail the money too. but in order to get a gold name it is 10+ USD
that is aproximatly 100 pesos in case you didn't know.

google most definitely does not allow repeated clicking. They monitor how many times each ip clicks the ad, and would only allow one per individual ad at the most, if that. They do their best to prevent click fraud - clicking the same ads over and over again and other clicking activities.
