Yeah i was quite frustrated with not being able to sign in, but i guess these things happen. I was wondering, was the server crash related to the new softwear installed?

You clearly did not read his post.

He said the SERVER, the host's server crashed. HE DID NOTHING, he does not control the server, he just pays money to rent some of it.

The issue is server sided not client sided.
