well i just found this awesome userbar making program and i realized that a lot of people on these forums want custom userbars and cant make them(or they can only make crappy ones in paint =P)

if you want a custom userbar, request it here.

you SHOULD provide these few things if you want your userbar made:

- picture(relativly small please. slightly larger than avatar size works best. if you cant get me a pic, give me specifics on what you want, but i cant promise it will turn out right then)

- what you want the text to be

- **NEW** text color/text border color


if you want to pick what 2 colors will be used or you want a certain color border, specify that in your request

i tried my mouse at sig-making using paint.net, but userbars are so much more fun to make in my opinion

i only plan to get better at this so.....
