Really, you should know what to do much more than anyone else would. This thread is rather pointless because most suggestions won't be suitable for your relationship. If you aren't going to come up with your own ideas for the night, then it won't be your ideas making the night special for him, it'll be someone else's ideas.

I am aware that he wants me to be myself. I just have no idea what to wear to set the mood. I'm not the fashion department and I want it to be perfect. I know what his favourite meal is as well but I don't have the money to buy it (as his birthday was just recent and we had it then) and cook it. It also is not really ROMANTIC. It's like I said, it has to be perfect. He deserves the best.
